Carolyn Whorton has medium pink leaves splashed with dark pink-red veining and typically bordered with green. This is a tried and true variety that has been around in many gardens for decades. Caladiums require and thrive in the warm summer day and night temperatures. Pink caladiums blend with all landscape and look beautiful with green foliage.

Larger bulbs DO NOT produce larger leaves or taller plants, they typically produce a fuller plant with more leaves.

Works well with some sun and shade. My go to caladium in Austin TX or Nashville. Great caladium. Bigger bulbs are showier.

These are thriving in hot, full sun, and Sandy soil in my garden. They have spread to fill in areas where other caladium I planted did not thrive. They are wonderful to look at and I love them.
