Shipping Information
- We will ship at the ideal planting time for your area unless otherwise specified via a request. Orders will be shipped out according to good weather. We will not be responsible for bulbs planted too early so check zone map accordingly when selecting shipping dates.
- Open box upon receiving and spread to get air, this is a MUST or bulbs may rot.
- Please note that we process your order at the time your order is placed so the bulbs will be reserved regardless of shipping date.
- All orders will ship UPS or USPS at our discretion. Please make sure address given is a physical address.
- Shipping to US zip codes in the lower 48 only. Orders to Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Alaska, please contact us for shipping
- All prices are in US dollars. We gladly accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Visa
Return Policy
Please open your order immediately upon arrival and inspect for problems or discrepancies. Unsatisfactory orders will be picked up and a full refund issued as long as we are notified within 10 days of receipt. For a concern about no growth we will not issue refunds any sooner than 10 weeks after bulbs have been planted in appropriate conditions and temperatures.
Missing Shipments
Florida Boys Caladiums policy is that we can reship an order 2 weeks AFTER we are notified that the box has not been received. This will give us time to investigate the missing shipment. Customers who do not want to wait the 2 weeks can purchase another order. If the original order shows up, you will have double orders. Florida Boys Caladiums will not refund the 2nd order if both orders are received. If the original order does not show up, after the 2 weeks from notification, We can either reship the original order at no cost, based on availability, to the customer or a refund will be issued for the original order. Please note that we ask our customers to be pro-active about your shipment, call UPS, go to the Post Office and check. Your tracking information was issued to you via the email that was sent from our packing house at the time of shipping. If you do not have the tracking information you can call us, and we will provide the numbers to you.
